Please follow the instuctions below to setup your PC's Operating systems for your Megalink Serivce

- On the computer that is running Windows 2000, confirm that the connection is correctly configured.
- Click Start, and then click Control Panel.

- In Control Panel, double click Network Connections

- Click Create a new connection in the Network Tasks task pad

- In the Network Connection Wizard, click Next.

- Click Connect to the network at my workplace, and then click Next.

- Click Virtual Private Network connection, and then click Next.
- If you are prompted, you need to select whether you use a dedicated connection via Cable, Click Next.

- Type a host name, billing.mealink.com.au in the Network Connections area. Click Next.

- Type the host name or the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer that you want to connect to, and then click Next.
- You may be asked if you want to use a Smart Card or not.

- You are just about done, the rest of the screens just verify your connection, click Next.

- Click to select the Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop check box if you want one, if not, then leave it unchecked and click finish.
- Open you network connections in control panel (look to the start of this document for detials on how)and right click on you new connection that you have just made. and go to propterties.

- Plese select the Options Tab and select the options as listed below, Please remember that this is not a dail up connection just a way for you to connect to the internet once finished click the OK button.

Connecting to Megalink Network
Now that you have your XP client all set up and ready, the next step is to attempt a connection to the Megalink Network. To use the connection follow these simple steps. To open the connection , go back to the Network Connections or the icon on your desktop. After you reboot your connection will start automaticaly
- Once you have opened the Network Connection dialog box, enter your username and password then click connect.

- This will connect you to the Megalink Network.
- To disconnect from the Megalink Network , right-click the icon next to your clock this will discnnect the Megalink service at anytime and will allow you to use your system without being on the internet.
